Since we became homeless and started our roving retirement, we have gotten into a mindset of moving around periodically. Now it seems to have become a compulsion because I get often antsy when we stay in one place for more than three weeks.
Roth conversions this year can be a great way to save on taxes later. Our money has to last for the next 30 to 40 years and fund our roving retirement lifestyle. So, I spend considerable time thinking about ways to save on taxes.
Like many people, I have been “given” the opportunity to reconnect with loved ones and learn new skills during the coronavirus lockdown. Especially since the roving part of our retirement has been greatly curtailed.
