ADVENTURES, CHALLENGES, AND INSIGHTS OF A COUPLE IN EARLY RETIREMENT
After walking the length and breadth of the Miami Cruise Terminal A, we boarded our ship. One of the reasons we picked this particular repositioning cruise was the first week was in the Caribbean before we headed across the Atlantic.
Neither Mike nor I had ever visited Barcelona before so we figured we would try to see as much as we could in the week we were there. But we also made time to wander in many interesting neighborhoods.
Our roving retirement in India took us on a private tour around the Rajasthan region of India, which also included Varanasi and Nepal. The tour continued with a tiger, a train, a Taj, and a river. Apparently, only 10% of visitors are lucky enough to see a tiger. Yeah!!
Upon arrival in Hanoi, it was immediately apparent we weren’t in Laos anymore. Most things in Vietnam were more than Laos. The pace was faster. The streets are crowded and packed with motorbikes.
