ADVENTURES, CHALLENGES, AND INSIGHTS OF A COUPLE IN EARLY RETIREMENT
Our roving retirement in India took us on a private tour around the Rajasthan region of India, which also included Varanasi and Nepal. The tour continued with a tiger, a train, a Taj, and a river. Apparently, only 10% of visitors are lucky enough to see a tiger. Yeah!!
This article is a follow up to Getting Sick of My Clothes – Already and Packing for a 6-Month Trip. It has now been more than ten weeks since we started Our Big Trip and I’m not sick of my clothes anymore.
This stop on our roving retirement found us on a three-week tour of Rajasthan. I wanted to call this article Impressions of India because I want to describe how India is different from every place else we have visited.
The next stop on our roving retirement Southeast Asia tour was Siem Reap specifically to see the nearly 1000-year-old Hindu temples built by early Khmer kings.
Roving retirement took us to Phnom Penh Cambodia to learn about the killing fields. It was a very emotional visit but one I would recommend to all of our readers.
